ALL SALES ARE FINAL & NO REFUNDS. We only accept returns on extensions or wigs that have NOT been opened, worn, or tampered with only 24 hours after purchasing. Human hair extensions are considered a hygiene product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW opened items to be returned for the safety of all our clients.
